Luis crispino

Luis Crispino Argentine painter born on February 19, 1900, in the province of Buenos Aires.


  1. Graduated from the School of Fine Arts. Draftsman, Designer, and Botanist.


  1. He was a professor at the National School of Fine Arts from 1928 to 1935.


  1. He dedicated himself exclusively to painting landscapes of Argentina, from Cape Horn to Jujuy.


  1. His brushstrokes and forms are described as rough and impulsive.


Many consider him the painter of Eva Perón, whom he met after gifting her a dedicated painting.


His work can be seen in:


  1. National Museum of Fine Arts in Argentina.


  1. Palace of Fine Arts in Mexico.


  1. There is mention of his works in the Ministry of the Navy of Chile and the Ministry of the Navy of Spain.
